CareDesk™ assigns named specialists to each business, trained on your scripts, pricing, and service area. Calls are never routed to a generic call center floor.
Do callers know they are speaking with CareDesk™?

No. Specialists answer using your company's brand name. The service is white-labeled.
How long does onboarding take?

Typical go-live is 5 business days: kickoff call, script and pricing setup, number forwarding, and a live test call.
Is there a contract?

Monthly billing only. Month-to-month, cancellable anytime with no long-term contracts.
Where are CareDesk™ specialists based?

United States. Current hours are 9am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday. Extended hours coming soon.
Do I need to port my phone number?

No. We use call forwarding — your existing number stays with your existing carrier.
How is CareDesk™ different from generic answering services?

We're vertical-specific. Scripts, pricing logic, dispatch, and CRMs are pre-tuned for residential cleaning. Generic services take messages; CareDesk™ books jobs.
